Dear Dr. Don,
If I will be changing my payment scheme to a biweekly payment, it would cover my taxes, PMI and private mortgage right?
I pay $669.60 every month. So if I started in March I would pay on Wednesday so the payment will happen on March 7 and 21. If ever there are five weeks like in February, payments would be on February 1, 15 and 29 is that correct? So how much would be my biweekly payments? I would like to get this figured out before I call a mortgage company to set it up for me.

I won’t comment people to change to a biweekly mortgage. It is not worth all the stress and expense. People usually think that it will greatly help them reduce all the interest expense in their loan but they are wrong. It actually is equivalent to a 13 monthly mortgage payment every year.
